October 2008 - The Centre for Economic and Social Inclusion have just published the latest evaluation of the Care to Learn programme.
This looks at the impact of Care to Learn on the 2006/-7 cohort; it tracks the destinations of those young parents receiving the support, their academic achievement and progression. It also analyses the impact of two new policy changes which were implemented in 2006/07, the introduction of London Weighting and the extension of age eligibility to include 19 year olds.
